As the first lobby presentation was quickly approaching I took an afternoon to skim through my previous sketches of the semester and thought about how I would like to present what I had been studying, what I had found, and where I was intending to go. I decided to re-draw some of the best examples of my ideas into a cohesive color scheme for presentation quality. Below are the original sketches, as well as the finished re-drawn concepts and my comments on how it relates to my process, past or present.
Sketches
These colored pencil drawings were adapted from concept sketches I had made throughout the semester. They speak to different ideas I had about ways to form the caramel, its material properties, and the beginnings of dessert design with caramel as an ornamental piece.
